Hi, I’m Daneyl
I’m a Qualified Nutritionist, food educator, and the heart behind Mix Taste Eat. I created Mix Taste Eat with the goal of helping people feel confident in the kitchen and connected through good food. My approach is simple: real ingredients, practical skills, and a warm, hands-on environment where everyone is supported to learn at their own pace.
I’ve spent years teaching kids, teens, adults, homeschoolers, NDIS participants and Thermomix lovers how to cook nourishing, delicious meals they can confidently recreate at home. Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone light up when they realise, “I can do this.”
2025 brought some massive changes, including a devastating flood that damaged our original studio, but the Mix Taste Eat community rallied around me in ways I’ll never forget. Their support, kindness, and willingness to adapt kept this little cooking school alive. Because of them, MTE is stronger than ever, and our mission remains the same: to create a space where people learn, grow, and feel truly connected.
Mix Taste Eat is more than a cooking school. It’s a community built on nourishment, resilience, and the belief that good food brings people together.
