It’s cold and (if you’re on the Sunshine Coast – wet!!) all I’m wanting is warming comfort food, you’re with me right? Pastas, slow cooked stews, soups with crusty bread and tea are staples in my home right now.
But with all the house move and now school holidays and craziness that is work at the moment the gym gets pushed to the back burner. My morning yoga has turned into a morning sleep in (I’m mean, it’s 13˚!!) and life is busy right now.
But that doesn’t mean I can’t eat right.
