Description
My Sunshine Coast Homeschool Cooking Classes are aimed at inspiring the children and teens within our Homeschooling community to cook healthy delicious food at home that they are confident in preparing and serving themselves. Each class focuses on only two or three dishes, enabling everyone to have a turn at cooking some of each dish. Monday’s classes are designed by a Qualified Nutritionist to be Gluten and Dairy Free for those families with intolerances and allergies.
Some of the recipes we’ll cook together include:
- Homemade Gluten Free Dumplings.
- Chai Coconut Panna Cotta
- Gluten Free Croissants
- Ratatouille
- Chicken Keiv
- Seasonal Salad
- Creamy Mash
- Homemade Dairy Free Cheese with GF Nachos
- Sticky Date Pudding
- and heaps more!
Participants from my 2022 classes have continued cooking recipes they’ve learned at home with their families and sharing them confidently with their friends.
Sunshine Coast Homeschool Cooking Classes will start at 10am and run every week of Term 1. Classes are kept small, with only 6 spots available per term.
Any children under 12 will need to be accompanied by a parent or carer for the time of class.
