Join us for a lively and engaging Meal Prep Sunday where together we’ll cook up a storm, making new friends and a week’s worth of delicious, healthy meals! By the end of the class you’ll have 5 different meals of 1 serve to enjoy for lunch or dinner over the next week.
In this hands-on class, we’ll:
– Cook Together: Team up with fellow foodies (and non-foodies, everyone’s welcome!) to prepare a variety of delicious, nutritious lunch and dinner options for the upcoming week.
– Learn Tips & Tricks: Our resident Nutritionist will share their top meal prep strategies, helping you streamline your cooking process and make the most of your ingredients.
– Build Community: Enjoy a fun, social atmosphere where you can connect with others who share your passion for good food and healthy living.
