Sometimes having the most simple breakfast is the best option, no matter how underrated it is. Keeping it simple can often be better than not nourishing yourself at all! 

Take 5 minutes to put together a simple breakfast. Three tablespoons of natural yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt), a handful of fresh fruit and three tablespoons of homemade granola, will always nourish you more than store-bought cereal or skipping breakfast altogether. 

You wouldn’t expect your car to get you to work on empty, right? How would it move when there’s no fuel in the tank? Making yourself a priority, your health a priority, for a few minutes every morning not just kick starts your metabolism for the day, it nourishes you with essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Breakfast helps you to focus, balances your mood and reminds you that it’s okay to take a few minutes for yourself too.
