Class One: Pastry Perfection

Learn the secrets to making light, flaky, and buttery pastry from scratch! In this hands-on session, you’ll discover essential techniques for shortcrust, puff, and choux pastry—perfect for creating both sweet and savory delights. Guided by our in house nutritionist, you’ll knead, roll, and shape with confidence before sitting down to enjoy your handmade creations.

On the Menu:
Beef Plaited Pie with Rough Puff
– Fruit Tarts with Shortcrust
– Chicken Hand Pies with Yoghurt Dough
– Choux Pastry
