In February, we’re diving into Jo Whitton’s Life-Changing Food, preparing wholesome, nourishing dishes using both Thermomix and traditional cooking techniques. Whether you’re a Thermomix pro or prefer cooking the classic way, this class will help you build confidence in the kitchen while making delicious, gut-friendly meals.
Together we’ll create dishes including:
– Basic Grain Free Dough
– Jo’s Best Ever Butter Chicken
– Beef & Quinoa Patties
– Cauliflower & Leek Mash
– Flourless Chocolate Hazelnut Cake
Please Note: Our Cookbook authors work so hard to create these delicious dishes, so recipes cooked in this class will not be made available to participants after class. If you don’t already have one, you are welcome to purchase a copy of Life Changing Food directly from Jo through her website here, or they can often be found at The Source Bulk Wholefood stores.
